We saw Santa!

Last night my whole family went to see the lights and Christmas Village and to see Santa. It was freezing! When we first got there both kids were loving it running around looking at all the lights. Then Lincoln slipped on some ice. He screamed and threw a fit for a good twenty minutes. At this point we were about half way through the line for Santa and I was desperate! Finally I said to him, "Lincoln if you keep throwing a fit like this Santa will know that you have been naughty! You better start behaving to show Santa what a good boy you are." Shockingly, it worked! He didn't make another peep the rest of the time we were in line!

Then it was time to go see Santa. Both of them did very well! In fact, we had 4 babies and 3 kids with us, and they all did great! Savannah asked for, "A new Leapster because somebody stealed mine," which is what she's been asking for for months, Lincoln asked for gloves. I guess the elves may have some last minute shopping to do!

All in all, we had a great time! After we saw Santa we looked at more lights. Savannah was pretty grumpy all night, but today she is sick so I guess that explains it.
