We are house hunting. I'm really hesitant to tell people that, beacuse I'm terrified that it won't work out, but we'd like to buy a house this summer. So my realtor called me today, and we were trying to work out a time to go see the five or six houses that I'm interested in right now. Monday is a holiday, and I don't want to have to take both kids with me (and the realtor is out of town anyway, I could go with one of his associates, but I'd prefer not to) Tuesday Lincoln has a follow up appointment from our hospital stay last week, no idea how long that will be. Wednesday he has OT then speech, then an orientation meeting at the new drop-in daycare center. Thursday he has an evaluation with the school district, which they told us could last several hours. Which means that unless we can see five or six houses in an hour or two, we can't go until Friday. UGGG!!! The last house I wanted sold within 5 days of going on the market.
I'm pretty sure this is payback because when they were babies I refused to be "one of those moms" who didn't do anything that required the to be out of the house or have any noise during naptime or bed time or baby's meal times.

LOL Carley, I was SO broken of any efforts of being "one of those moms" long ago. And secondly, best of luck on the house hunting! I will admit to only you that I am crazy jealous.
