Our trip was great. But I didn't take nearly enough pictures. So, sorry for that. We stayed at my parents regular house for the first half of the trip because they had door drama at the new place. We got there Tuesday evening. We stopped at Cherilyn and Jim's house to use the potty (Jesse, not the kids) and ended up hanging out there for almost an hour. Then when we finally made it to my mom's house she was just leaving to take Christon to a game she was cheering at, so we stopped by to visit Jesse's parents before going out to dinner with my whole family (pretty much, everyone who lives in Ogden at least)Wednesday our plan was to go to Classic Fun Center with the kids, but due to a series of time wasting events (had to drive to Caytie's house to tell her, kids were hungry, kids had to go potty, kids messing around, kid peed his pants, etc.) we didn't make it there. However, Jesse and I did get to go to lunch just the two of us, then we went out to see Caytie and Josh's new house and let the kids run wild there. That night most of the family went to my mom's house for Chinese food and game night. So fun! Unfortunately I didn't take a single picture that day.
Thursday was the first day of the real craziness. First thing in the morning, Savannah and I got haircuts. They were both super cute. Savannah insisted on getting, "a bang." Unfortunately the picture of her sleeping in the carseat is the best picture I got of her first salon haircut. Then we took my mom to get a remote start installed in her car. After that we actually did make it to the Classic Fun Center. The kids got to roller skate, do bounce houses, climb in a pirate climb thing, play arcade games, and eat pizza. Savannah was really excited to roller skate, but decided that it was too hard once she actually tried. Lincoln on the other hand would have been perfectly happy to skate all day. From there we had to make a quick stop at the mall to pick up a few things for our pictures. We got to my mom's house twenty minutes before our picture time only to find that we were locked out and had to wait for her to return. So we stopped by and visited one of Jesse's old friends for a few minutes. My mom finally returned exactly when we were supposed to meet our photographer, so we just ran in a did a quick clothing change before running downtown for some family pictures. My friend Kandis took our pictures. She is an amazing photographer, but my kids were extremely uncooperative. She has a small sample of our pictures on her blog (on my friend list under Kandis Jo) but I'll post more when I get them from her. After that, Jesse went to a The Bravery concert with my two sisters and brother-in-law and I had a girls night with a few of my high school friends, so my other sister was nice enough to watch my kids for us. It was a late night, and a very long day!

Friday-Monday will have to be in my next post.
