Sunday morning we were in a rush to get to church. If anyone knows how to avoid the Sunday morning rush I'd love to hear your tips. I don't know what it is about Sunday that makes it impossible to get everyone ready and out the door on time. Since we were in a rush Savannah wore one of the easiest hair-dos I know. And I forgot to take a picture, so we recreated it this morning.

I'm pretty sure this picture is self-explanatory, but just in case, start by pulling the hair into a side ponytail. You could really do this anywhere (high, low, side, etc) but I prefer side. Then take a small section of hair from the bottom of the ponytail and braid it. Then wrap it around the ponytail. I like to wrap it twice. After it is wrapped I tuck it back under itself, put a rubberband right where the braid comes out of the tuck-under and then bobby in it through the elastic up into the ponytail.

I might need an in-person tutorial on this. I try to do it on myself all of the time, but can't ever seem to get the bobby pin in the right place. . .
