30 Hair-dos: Day 8 "Knotted Braid"

If you try just one hair-do from my blog, it should be this one. I found this knotted braid last night while looking for ideas. I was immedietely intrigued. I've never seen anything like this before. The video tutorial said it was quick and easy, and I kind of balked and thought, "ya right!" But I decided to try it today. So I woke Savannah up earlier than usual and made her take a morning bath. She took longer in the bath than usual and I started making a back-up plan just in case this really wansn't quick and easy. Luckily it only took 8 minutes, and that included a few minutes of trying to figure it out! I'm guessing with practice I could do it in half that time. Mine doesn't look nearly as good as the one on "Adopt a do," but hey, it was a first attempt. I'm sure this is going to make it into our regular hair-do repetoire.

I'm not even going to attempt to explain how to do it, because I don't think I could without a video, and the one on the blog linked above is great!
